
All soldiers become much more unique and you have to weigh an individual's merits using all three of them. Personally I like playing with all 3 on at once because it creates a different chance that won't happen with any one of them on by itself: good skills, bad stats/ good stats, bad skills. But the random factor cuts both ways so that you'll have great comboes and terrible ones. Technically, these options make your game harder simply because your soldiers become less reliable in different ways.

I find these to be fun without making the game significantly harder:Īnything that changes up soldier growth - Not Created Equally, Hidden Potential and Training Roulette.
